Shipping & Delivery – Snorii
At Snorii, we work with reliable international fulfillment partners to ensure your order gets to you safely and efficiently. Our mission is to deliver sleep-enhancing comfort straight to your doorstep, no matter where you are.
📦 Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our global fulfillment network. Your order will be packed and sent using trusted international couriers and local delivery partners depending on your location.

United Kingdom
If we’re unable to deliver to your address, we’ll let you know during checkout.
💸 Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Some countries may apply import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.
📬 Do you provide tracking?
Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

🔍 My tracking says “no information available” — what does that mean?
It can take 2–5 business days for tracking updates to show, especially when your package is transitioning between carriers. If there’s no update after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll help you check on it.
📦 Will my items arrive together?
In some cases, items may ship separately to speed up delivery. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged extra for this. Shipping is free on all orders.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Times may vary depending on local delivery services and customs clearance.
❌ What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective item — we’ve got you covered. Just email support@snorii.store with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll send you a replacement or offer a refund. No return needed.
🔁 Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer traditional exchanges. But if your item isn’t right, just let us know and we’ll happily send you a replacement — no stress, no extra cost.
