💤 Return Policy
Snorii will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase, as long as:
The item has no visible signs of damage
All original packaging is intact
Any signs of damage may void the Snorii return guarantee.
Note: We’re currently unable to accept returns after 60 days from the date of purchase.
Some items may be non-returnable, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

🔁 Exchanges (if applicable)
Need to exchange your item? Just email us at support@snorii.store with your order number and reason for exchange. We’ll guide you through the process based on the policy outlined here.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
Please note it may take 2–3 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return. A digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
💔 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@snorii.store within 48 hours of delivery.
We use carrier timestamps and delivery confirmation to verify timeframes.
