Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes, including:

We are unable to redirect or retrieve packages once they’ve entered the shipping system.

💰 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees when they arrive in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your purchase or shipping total.

If a package is refused due to unpaid fees, Snorii cannot issue a refund for the shipping cost and will deduct return fees from your refund.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

Then notify us at support@snorii.store if you still need assistance

We rely on carrier timestamps to verify deliveries. Claims reported after extended delays may not be eligible for compensation.
